The exam will cover p. 340 - 377. Make sure you read those pages.
I've already created the exam and my advise is to pay attention to these things:
- anything i've posted on the blog. know the details surrounding the works i have featured.
- pay attention to names of composers from different countries, even if i haven't featured them in lecture or blog posts.
- know the overview of serialism (12 tone row). Know something about the variations of a row.
- know details about the composer closely resembling my name.
- We go back to make sure you know Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik
- Know the first twenty-one tracks on CD 4.
- Be able to match the composer of the work with the name of the work.
